Who we are

After more than twenty years apart, Robbie and Paula reconnected with a shared purpose — to bring clarity, hope, and meaningful change to the Kiowa Tribe. Both grew up in the Carnegie, Fort Cobb, and Anadarko areas of Oklahoma, their friendship rooted in a childhood spent among the same communities. When their paths crossed again, they discovered that time had only deepened their commitment to their people, and they knew it was time to take this journey together.

Robbie brings a dedicated focus to health and human services and leadership through her supervisory work, while Paula channels her passion into infrastructure and economic development, through skilled project manager approach and grant writing. Together, they offer a complementary vision — one that addresses the full spectrum of what a thriving tribal nation requires.

Both women know firsthand the weight of generational trauma. Through intentional healing and hard-won groundwork, they have each walked a path toward wholeness — and it is from that place of strength that they now lead. Their hope is not just for the Kiowa people, but for the children of this generation and all citizens who deserve a future built on dignity, opportunity, and possibility.
